First thing that needs to happen is Spurrier needs to be the AD. Not necessarily run it on a day-to-day basis, he can delegate a lot of that work. But he needs to be the face of the program again. He gave us the identity.

You want Urbs back? Many PSU fans want him. A&M fans obviously as well.
Urban loved JVP and was mentioned twice as potential PSU coach in the past. He didn’t like the way the U treated Joe (who can blame him). Hopefully he’s over it.
Problem is that PSU isn’t serious about anything except sciences and grants (and wrestling). If they’re serious about losing less than 2 games/year playing football, they should cut CJF loose and hire Urban before the recruiting deadline.
But again, they aren’t serious.
