It’s not the same McDonald’s as it was in Ray Kroc’s time.

The headline is kind of misleading.
I was wondering about that. Usually, dedicated young employees get a shot at purchasing into the franchise an opening up their own stores.
I knew a guy that was a young father and needed extra money, so he went to work for a local McD’s. He eventually quit his “real job” and now owns several locations.
