“When he rattled off the years of election failures under McRomney, I couldn’t help but think that Democrats would never tolerate anyone being head of the DNC, and losing that many times.”

4D chess?

or just more poor character judgement...

That NBC News title "Trump Selects..." The problem is that Trump doesn't get to select anyone to head the RNC. They are elected by Committee Members. Trump could recommend her, and support her, but he doesn't get to put her in the post, and he doesn't get to vote.

That second article is from 2020, and I would hope Trump would have changed his mind about her by now. In the meantime, he likely won't say any nasty things about her due to his current campaign. Not that she, or the RNC ever really did anything for him before now, but I don't think Trump will come down on her. If he's allowed to win in 2024, I think that's when he'll likely spew his guts on her. I wish he would do it now though. Unfortunately, Ronna McSlug is around for 2 more years to lose even more elections. She must have some sugar daddies and mommies among the members of the committee that put her back in office this year, so she could continue her losing streak. Those morons that voted for her should be ashamed of themselves. It's a secret ballot I guess. I wonder if she can be recalled.
