Not at all. The poster I responded to said Biden is "emptying the treasury" into Ukraine. That's obviously untrue. In fact 99% of the money spent by the US government is used for other purposes. One big area of spending is Social Security.

Do you think the money spent in the USA on Social Security is "emptying the treasury"? Most people don't. Yet that money is more than 20% of the total budget.
