On Ukrainian propaganda threads, some of the advocates get right down to claiming "All Russians are pigs and need to die." There's an implied genetic inferiority that surfaces. If you look at article 16 of the Ukrainian Constitution, it talks about genetic purity. The Western Ukraine has been bombing the ethnically Russian part of Eastern Ukraine and they feel justified re ethnic cleansing.
