I’m not surprised. My daughter and son-in-law and two friends went to Vegas for a football game when the Raiders moved there from Oakland. They said the entire town was stoned, in every building and even on the streets. Hookers everywhere.

And yes, that one looks really ugly.

I was once outside a hotel and there was this topless black woman chasing after this guy that was walking quickly towards his taxi. “Give me my money you a hole!” She screamed.
