In the meantime, the best form of aid the US can send to Gaza would be a collection of Cuban refugee boats, that the Gazans can use to leave Gaza and sail to safe territory in some nearby muslim country. Give those muslims the opportunity to be just like democrat governors and mayors in sanctuary cities in the US; take in your favorite refugee and provide the basics.
After that works, do the same in Greece and other non-muslim countries that have been overrun with muzzies. They would all be happy to be re-united like that.
