Six were ordered to pay £1,500, or just over $1,800, in compensation and given a 12-month referral order. In this UK community sentence, young offenders work with a community panel and agree on a contract to address their behavior... What an abomination and perversion of justice.
Do adult crime, do adult time.
Especially once kids reach puberty, hold them just as accountable as adults or this will never stop.

might the logic be that this was the deductible and the rest covered by insurance?
Not good logic but logic by a liberal judge.
