Meta [formerly Facebook] CEO Mark Zuckerberg definitely has the martial arts bug...Zuckerberg announced that he tore his anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) while training..."I was training for a competitive MMA fight early next year..."

You generally only tear tendons doing bad form or ego feats of strength.
Speed players, like running backs, usually tear up their knees because of constant high speed collisions.
Offensive line men and QBs usually tear ACLs when they have a leg firmly planted on the ground, and a really big guy falls or rolls into it.
I think a fair amount of cruciate tears are non-contact from getting locked by turf because something has to give and that something is a cruciate.
For that guy, “ego feats of strength” include reaching for something high on his tippy-toes.
He would heal a lot faster if he would get a Poison Poke every day.
Poison Poke?
I will need some help with the definition.
Wiki and Google do not know what Poison Poke means, either.
Poke - probably an injection.
Poison - clueless.
A Left jab.
Awww the little a@@hole huht his widdle Ant Cruciate? It didn’t hurt his f’n fingers still able to fund Election theft through “donation”. This SOB needs a whole lot more done to him— maybe he’ll do it to himself. This is as ridiculous as the video he proudly posted about “grilling meat”— trying to be a macho mensch. No doubt supports the “palestinians” because of who he supports in the squad and w/out question the dnc. Disgusting. Thanks for your post.
Poke in Hawaii means raw fish.
Poke in the rural American South means salad.
Pretty amazing that ACL’s don’t get blown out more often given the stresses that they can easily be subject to.
AKA the Clot Shot.
Having strong quads and hamstrings really help support them which might be the reason.
No bidness like show bidness…
