There was a chihuahua that pretends to be a doctor barking outside my window this morning. Whining for attention - gah. I slammed the window shut. I don’t know if it’s still there.

Imo - more of an odd duck than a chihuahua.
Unless compensated to influence to a narrative, which would explain much.
