“The lack of clarity on such images’ legality...”
There’s no lack of clarity. They are not child pornography. They’re not copyrighted material. They don’t constitute fraud, as long as nobody is charging money for them and purporting them to be real. So they’re not illegal.
The only way they could be illegal is if they are ruled obscene, but if they are, then Playboy, Hollywood, and millions of OnlyFans models are in deep doo doo.
The law still prohibits fake child porn and prosecutes it as such.
Good thing too, otherwise we’d be awash in very convincing and legal AI child porn.
Mark my words though, this law will be challenged under the argument that no child was sexually assaulted and therefore no crime occurred.
A growing number of degenerates are increasingly comfortable in their desire to sexualize children and they’re pushing for the laws to protect them.
Does child pornography have to be of real children? If someone produces “humane” child porn, all AI, no actual children harmed, is that legal? What about the faces of real children, on AI bodies?
AI child pornography will still be a 20 year to life crime
