I totally agree. DeSantis could have at least said something neutral, like “If Trump is convicted, I will leave it up to the voters to decide if he should be our nominee.”
But DeSantis couldn’t even say that.
Meanwhile, Biden is in some hot water. How many Democrats are saying, “If Joe Biden is convicted of a crime, he should not be our nominee.”
The answer is none. They would get angry if you even bring the subject up.
There's no room for neutrality. The legal system is being used by the regime to silence and imprison the lead opposition candidate and disenfranchise his voters. Every one of these losers primarying Trump needs to say this loudly and clearly and without weasel words and every one of them that does not do so is complicit in this great attack on our democracy. This is an existential attack on our democracy, not a rowdy protest gaslighted into an “insurrection”. Yet, DeSoros and Birdbrain apparently do not agree.
