By NCAA rule, schools are prohibited from IN-PERSON scouting of future opponents. Coaches and staff cannot video tape sidelines of opponents.

By agreement, all schools send game film to each other so each school get equal opportunity to study their opponent on film.

This is a big deal. Michigan was sending coaches to film the signals on the sidelines. BIG no-no. Harbaugh is already on the record that he knew nothing about it. However, the evidence is becoming overwhelming that he knew and used the illegal scouting.

Honestly don't care if it's a big deal or not. Everything is corrupted, and that was my point. I wouldn't be surprised at all if everyone else did it, for all you and I know, they do. They're just pissed Harbaugh's so much better at it.

Or maybe they're pissed Harbaugh's pro-life and this is their way of getting even as another poster suggested.

Any way one looks at it, I just don't care. Everything's corrupted and nothing surprises me any more.
