Upon hovering the cursor on the video a scroll bar should appear at the bottom.
Move (drag-n-drop) the green dot marker all the way to the left of this scroll bar.

There were 2 and a half hours of videoed self-congratulations—but I found a way to view the “Police State” trailer.
The star of this trailer was Rand Paul, who had a few seconds of exposure. This is nowhere as good as the “2000 Mules” trailer.
