Love how libs think they can get me with “Ok but are you against straight couples using surrogates too?” Yes, I am, but you should also realize that I completely reject the implication that I must apply the same rules to straight couples as I do to gay couples. I don’t. I’m against all surrogacy because it exploits women and harms babies. But I’m against surrogacy and egg/sperm donation for gay couples for this reason AND because it purposely creates motherless or fatherless children, which is unethical and cruel. You can call that bigoted, blah blah. Don’t care. I care more about the well-being of children than the desires of adults - as we all should.
