My back pain is off the charts today.
But I managed to get my Sweet Potato Pie
with Amaretto assembled and it is baking now.
I wanted to do it for Hubby as he loves
it so much. I tried not to let on too
much, as he would have done it FOR me
and he does enough around here as it is!
Oh, wouldn’t that be a hoot?!
