Iowa Governor @KimReynoldsIA told GOP Chairmen in Iowa that they should not endorse a candidate for President, they should stay neutral, and that she wouldn’t endorse anyone either.
She either duped them on purpose or changed her mind - either way she should be truthful about what happened.
Some County Chairmen feel cheated.
