Judy … yes feeling pretty decent
I’m down to 1-2 Tylenol 2x day. Prior surgery I was on 1 motrin & 2 Excedrins every four hours. This for back and shingles neuralgia . I haven’t had the real test yet though like going to the laundromat or doing food shopping. Also using Frankensence topical undiluted on back . That has helped too
Still plugging along on kitchen project Work 2 hours using stool & then down an hour
Surgery incisions healed up nicely. Sleeping long hours still. Food- eating a bit more but nothing after 5.
