It was my pineapple walnut bread. Yes, just banana bread recipe but I swamp out any mushy ingredient. Pineapple, pumpkin, zucchini, mashed apples....anything will do. Plus I always throw in either walnuts or pecans.
It’s such an easy recipe - one bowl, one fork.
