When I had knee surgery (outpatient for torn meniscus)
the little black kitty Minette (that I have shown you a picture of)
Got up on the couch after hubby got me settled.
She sniffed my face, then my heavily bandaged knee-
then she laid down with her arms around my knee and rested her chin on it.
She was so dainty and petite, that her weight didn’t bother me,
but she purred so LOUD it was amazing!
That was a great welcome home to my nurse kitty!
I miss her sooooo much!
