Have they told you about how long your surgery will take?

Last time, about 24 years ago, that I had the surgery, it took 4-5 hours. But they removed bone from my hip, Amadeus a paste out of it, and used that to fuse. Now he’s using metal so it will be faster. Maybe cut time in half?
Last night my son and DIL were trying to figure out what kind of help i’ll need. It’s hard to know, really. I’ll get a better sense after the surgery. I can’t do a lot now.
