All along the way there’s been constant reference to ch 11.3 of the Law of War Manual and how it somehow helps restore Trump to the Presidency, etc. I have a complete copy of the book and have read most of it. The title of ch 11 is “Military Occupation.” The entire chapter defines how an occupier is to treat an occupied country/combatant/enemy. It says nothing about a military taking over its own country’s government. And there is nothing in the rest of the two inch think book that defines how a military could/should replace its home government.
While there may very well be other mechanisms that can be used to clean up a government this book isn’t it, so far as I can see. And that leaves me baffled why it stays in the discussion?
11.3 in drops can also refer to a date. No one knows for sure. I’ve read that part of the LOW manual and listened to Majic Eyes Qnly discuss it.
My understading, such as it is, is that the US government is actually occupied “territory” as Biden is wholely owned by Ukraine and China. And, the question by Lindsey Graham to Kavanaugh during his confirmation hearing was specifically about when US citizens become “enemy combatants”: when they conspire with foreign governments to overthrow the US government. Stealing the election was such an event - attempt to overthrow the legitimately elected President with the help of numerous foreign governments - China, Venezuala, Ukraine, and others. And this: A “President” beholden to, and thus controlled by, foreign governments.
