I love civilization. This was an attack on the civilized world.
I get it the USA is broke. $14B is actually something I can get behind. OTH 99.9% of the time it is a waste of money. This is not one of those times, it is not a waste. YOU HAVE TO USE YOUR GD BRAIN.
