@RepThomasMassie
If Congress sends $14.5 billion to Israel, on average we’ll be taking about $100 from every working person in the United States.
This will be extracted through inflation and taxes.
I’m against it.

I am not a neocon at all. If Isreal needs money to fight these savages then I am for it. Should I post dead babies here to convince you? How about the baby Ham-ass cooked in an oven alive in front of the mother?
“The Congress shall have power...To define and punish...offences against the law of nations”
The US govt’ has the printing press. They will print this.
It’ll be taken from Americans in the store via inflation.
Not a very nice way of doing it because they wont levy a new tax or anything to pay for it.
That is only $1,450 in defense for every man, woman, and child in Israel, a country of 10 million people. Seem just a bit excessive. We must not forget all of the politically connected people in D.C. that need the kickbacks and no-bid contracts to feed their starving children at Harvard.
You sir, are an ass that loves to be generous with other peoples’ money.
The headline of the tweet uis intended for one thing and not about ALL foreign aid.
All money sent to Israel is to support the only democracy in the middle east.
All the money sent to other Middle Eastern countries is to support totalitarian fascist states who’s only goal is the destruction of Israel... After that goal is achieved, the destruction of Christianity... And after that goal is achieved, maybe some clean water systems and electricity for their people.
Israel deserves every nickel... The rest of them deserve nothing, yet they receive billions from countries that they actually detest and hate.
But ~$140 billion (and counting) to Ukraine, roughly $1,000 per working American, if Massie’s math is correct, is A-OK, right?
No I’m America First not Israel First like you and a few other on here. If you want to finance Israel feel free to send them your own money.
.
He knows it’s going to pass, so he’s grandstanding.
When his Vote matters, he runs to Joey Two Scoops side.
We already give Israel over $3.3 billion every year as it is.
Why are Americans obligates to be taxed to give them more??
If an American wants to give they can give their own money.
No nation should be given taxpayer funds for any reason.
I’d give $200 if I knew it meant Gaza getting leveled, the West Bank taken back and maybe Tehran getting nuked.
So why not levy an Israel tax?
The politicians wont do it
This will be taken from you in the store via inflation.
I guarantee it.
Someone said they might offset the aid but Massie reckons it’s an illusion
Unless hezbollah goes all in I think Israel has this with readily available assets
Only caveat is IDF is not war seasoned like Yom Kippur era
But it’s different ops without tank battles
Hezbollah has 80,000 proven well armed fighters and allegedly 90-150,000 rockets etc
And more Iranian toys which unfortunately include pretty good drives
I’m sure they are concerned and is the main reason we’re in eastern med en force
I think Iran and hezbollah will just parry some
But we can’t underestimate fervor and foolishness of jihadis
Did Massie vote in favor of sending Ukraine money?
Maybe I will. I can't expect Nazi antisemites to do it.
The world spent trillions on Covid... And now your money is essentially worthless. So who cares? The world is broke and a financial reconning will be forthcoming. May as well spend it while you have it.
I prefer we just send over some bombers to Gaza and use up our expiring armaments.
Wow, a terrorist supporters right here on FR. Wow, just wow.
In other words: Ludicrous Massie is just just propagating. Typical.
I am a deficit hawk too but this is not the issue to make hay with. Dead babys and all.....
