I'm bearing in mind that there are 100-fold more reasons than our aid to Israel that the Islamabots call us the Great Satan and scheme against us. The main one being they have no importance if we survive. They drove the Jews out of the Holy Land and the Brits put them back there. Then the Moslem countries announced they would exterminate the Jews, and attacked Israel in 1948 and 1956--but got their asses handed to them by those same Jews, without our help. The Moslems tried again in 1948 and 1956, 1973, 1982, and so on.
Notice we didn't nuke any Moslem countries after 9-11. So they don't have that excuse. Their problem with us is that, not only do we strategize with Israel the way they scheme against Jews and Arab Christians with a revolving door of terrorist financiers. The worst is that we ourselves are further proof that Islam has failed. Israel is still there AND a Christian country is still the biggest gorilla on Earth.
It's about envy, and the fact that they live on sand. They have allies like the Moslem Saudis who have lots of oil, but they don't. The spear-rattling Arabs are corrupt and luxury-addled incompetents whose people are poor and illiterate (and who, as a culture, don't wash their hands after going to the loo).
They're going to be a problem whenever they get the chance, because they have nothing else. So we're always going to need a file of war plans against them--Israel, or no Israel.
