I think Hamas is toast.
Israel seems to have finally accepted that they’re on their own with most of the world against them. So they will do what they have to do to eliminate imminent threats to their existence coming from their immediate neighbors.
As far as questioning Mosab Hassan Yousef’s faith, why do you judge his outer appearance, name, etc.? God judges the heart and he is the only one who sees the heart. He is the only one who knows who has received Jesus into his heart. Unlike man, God works from the innermost man out. And unlike man, God has no required timetable for outward manifestation of inward change.
“Anyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” Rom. 10:13. There are no other requirements to be saved. Only God is able to judge another justly beseu only God can see the heart. “Man judges the outward appearance but God judges the heart.” 1 Sam. 16:7. Don’t judging unjustly.
If you’re going to judge a man outwardly, remember, “no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost.” 1 Cor. 13:3.
His Baptism consisted of going to the beach with his girl friend and going out for a swim. Understandably, he was still an undercover agent at the time. But now he’s broken with his father and Hamas entirely, it would seem that he might at least have a more formal baptism with an actual Christian name.
It could be that this is all just Taqiyya, and he’s really a double agent. He did go on a radio station in Bethlehem and in an interview tell a caller that if he knows of a bomb being planted to kill Israelis, not to inform the Israeli authorities.
Recall that Barak Hussein Obama was suspected of being a closet Muslim on account of his Muslim name, and his overt Islamophillia.
Israel can destroy every building and kill every man of military age in Gaza. But it won't matter because in 20 years, children in Gaza will grow up to fight Israel. The ideology is still there. So Israel would have to do some kind of denazification or deislamization.
