Ewsmax had a blurb on their ticker tape below the newscasts that said that the cost of charging an ev fully will be the equivalent of paying $17 dollars a gallon for gasoline-
Not sure how they came up with that?
at 10 cents a KW, to charge a 75KW battery is about $7.50
At my home (in Texas) i have 9.5 cents KW plan from my provider. We have an open electrical market in Texas, thus I pay less than most folks.
