I imagine it would be kinda hard to miss someone standing on the roof of your car while you're driving. Can't say for sure though since it's never happened to me.

Even if the jury buys that story, that just means she’s guilty of negligence since she was supposed to be minding the kid and didn’t notice him climbing out of the window of a moving vehicle.
