Finally ... the cashier probably should not have pursued the offender, but my “takin’ out the trash” pledge stands. I would not convict the cashier of any crime for his actions in this incident.

And as a side note, that’s one thing about Free Republic, and conservatives in general. We can find a bit of humor in almost everything.

And OBTW, the feds have NO constitutional power to interfere with our individual free choices (”discrimination”).
