I doubt it. The “kids” of today have learned that everything they do has a do over. And the death penalty has been erased in around half the states so the word is out that everything is open season.
Nevada is one of 27 states that permit capital punishment. However, the state has not actually carried out an execution since April 26, 2006. A sentence of death is reserved for individuals convicted of murder involving aggravating circumstances.
Capitol punishment was used as a deterrent for many years and only used for the most horrible of crimes. If it isn’t going to be used, then where is the deterrent?

...but if they’re taught that honkies aren’t human, then they’re not killing humans, in their minds, at least. Perhaps it’s time white America asked whether we should continue with the Hamas-level of hatred being inculcated into our black community and take action to put an end to it?
