The idiot got what she deserved ***IF*** what she is claiming is even true.
This is a set up. She managed to cut it open, take a picture of it, and then proceed to eat it?

Their beaks, tongues, combs and wattles appear black, and even their meat, bones, and organs are black or gray.
In spite of that, it was probably something like a blood clot in her nugget.
Who stops, takes a picture of something gross, and continues to eat it instead of taking it back and talking to a manager? They probably would have replaced it at no charge.
