Last time I was long the LI Expressway I saw a guy driving his car with the engine on fire!! That’s pretty stupid. Did he eventually abandon the vehicle?

i dont know, I just drove around him. Another time I was stuck behind one guy going 30 mph I went around him and he had BOTH his hands on his cellphone like he was playing a game. That whole highway is one big insane asylum.
