It's easier to fight wars of national survivor than it is to wage colonial wars of aggression. Ukraine is a colonial war. It isn't going well and won't end well for Russia.

That’s right, and it won’t end well for Ukraine either. They’re locked in an attritional battle with a larger power. Time for peace negotiations.
