I would NEVER treat my elderly bike that way!
As a matter of fact, I once rescued a Honda 750 Four from a grassy field, cleaned it up, put Mystery Oil in the Four Cylinders, put in a new battery, and started it up. After obtaining a Salvage Title, I was able to sell it for $500.
Treat your bike as YOU would like to be treated. LOL.
