It’s Biden. The chin thing is a malfunction of some cosmetic thing they’ve done to make him look younger. Botox, fat injections, or some such. Imagine subjecting yourself to something like that just for PR. Phoney baloney, trying to make him look younger. He’s 80 years old. They need to stop trying to make him look younger.
