McCullough, MD, MPH, has been dismissed by the 191st Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas. Associate Judge Tahira Khan Merritt granted the nonsuit and DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE all claims asserted or that could have been asserted in the case.
