Speaking of stray cats and aliens. My girlfriend just acquired a kitten. It had been abandoned on the roadside where her son and his friend found it.
A trip to the vet estimated it at about 3 weeks old and healthy.
They named it Ripley, in honor of Sigourney Weavers' Aliens character because she took in that abandoned cat in the movie. :O)
