Is that a tungsten filament or a carbon filament? I have read that carbon filaments last much longer than Tungsten. Decades longer.

It’s a carbon filament bulb. I just checked. You can still buy carbon filament light bulbs on Amazon. I’m not quite sure why anyone would want to do that. To give your house a Victorian look, maybe?
The reason, if you weren’t aware, that carbon filaments were replaced with tungsten filaments is that tungsten filaments can be operated at a high enough temperature to glow white...
...which makes them put out more light and less heat, giving more lumens per watt, compared to a carbon filament.
In other words, a carbon filament makes a better space heater than a light source.
