Ladies and gentlemen!
I am glad to address you.
First of all, I would like to mention a terrible natural disaster that happened this fall. On 8 October, it was one month since the earthquake in Morocco that claimed lives of many people, destroyed homes and left children parentless. My condolences to all those who lost their loved ones, and my gratitude to all those who helped people escape the disaster.
No one can stop the natural events that happened on the planet. But we all have to make sure that the evil element of human nature does not destroy lives and leave ruins. And we must cooperate to save from destruction every nation against which the gates of terror or aggression have been opened.
I thank everyone who is helping Ukraine defend itself from Russia’s unprovoked and brutal aggression. And I thank all those assisting in the rebuilding of Ukraine after the attacks from Russian artillery and missiles and Iranian killer drones. Almost 3,000 Iranian drones were used against us in the war of terror. Ukrainians will always be grateful to every leader and every nation that support us.
But please do not forget that when it comes to protecting lives from aggression and terror, one of the main factors is the continuity of support. The resilience of the resistance depends on it. When an aggressor finds itself on a trajectory of defeat, as Russia does in its war against us, it always relies on one thing. It is not ready to admit that its decision to launch an aggression was a mistake. It is not prepared to retreat from foreign land. Not yet, but the day will come. And to prevent it, Russia tries to make one last bet – bet on the idea that the world won’t be able to support the defense of life and nation’s freedom as long as needed.
We are now at a point when it is decided whether aggression and terror will once again become a customary way for one nation to relate to another. What then becomes of our world? What becomes of the children of our nations? Let them learn what education is – before they learn what weapons are. And let them learn the word “happiness” before the word “war”.
So, I propose five points.
First, there should be such powerful and truly global sanctions against anyone who destroys lives, so that the destroyer pays the highest price for its aggression. And I thank everyone who supports Ukraine with sanctions against Russia.
Second: the assets of the aggressor and the assets of all those who help him must be confiscated to compensate the damage caused. And I am grateful to all those who are doing this work now with the Russian assets in favour of our nation.
Third, we need real guarantees of long-term financial support to protect life. The resilience of defense is always based on the resilience of society. And when there is such support, aggressors and terrorists will not have the illusion that they can outlast and win something for themselves. Of course, the use of funds should be fully controlled and accountable – just as it is with funds for Ukraine, by the way. We use the support just as intended.
Fourth: a reliable mechanism must be introduced to stimulate private investments for a nation that conducts a just defense, especially a mechanism for insuring military risks and multiplying donor capital with private capital. This is something that will always be of help.
And the fifth point is quite traditional for our world. This is about boosting export credit agencies and project financing to ensure the implementation of investments and infrastructure projects.
And when we talk about all this, it is important to hear not only Ukraine. That’s what makes Ukraine resilient in the fight for independence and brings our nation’s victory closer being a model of assistance for any other free nation. Together we can create a working model of how to make the world secure from evil element of human nature.

Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs quietly forms new units within National Guard structure.
Armed Forces of Ukraine are not the only military formation in Ukraine who, due to Russian full-scale invasion in 2022, have started to form additional units or expand the already existing ones. For example, on February 5 this year, Ministry of Internal Affairs announced creation of new National Guard assault brigades under the Offensive Guard program.
However, Ukrainian National Guard is much bigger than just these Offensive Guard brigades. There are dozens of brigades, regiments and separate battalions who perform duties to protect Ukrainian state and its land. Through the months after the Russian full-scale invasion, several National Guard units were expanded and new formed.
In total, the command of Ukrainian National Guard decided to expand four units to regiment or brigade size, and form six new additional units. (EXCERPT)

The Israeli air force has bombed the syrian airports of Damascus and Aleppo today, as a strike against Syria attempting to meet with Hamas authorities, this could be the start of a war with Syria.
Russian losses have reached record highs with nearly 1000 Russian soldiers dead in the last 24 hours, and scores of armored vehicles destroyed. The Russian offensive pushes on and has made small gains, but the losses are not worth the ground taken.
Meanwhile in Israel special forces have rescued over 250 hostages today, and are beginning to re-secure the area around Gaza. A relentless air campaign is being conducted by Israel at the moment to eradicate Hamas leaders and weapons.

If you watch Military Summary (MS) long enough, you may notice something. According to MS, these attacks are launched from the same areas taking nearly the same territory, day after day. For all the "devastating attacks" Russia launches he is not reporting changes in territory.
As for his credibility, he accepts what the RU MOD and state media says without question. His google spreadsheet, is a running list of what the RU MOD claims it has destroyed in its daily briefings. The briefings where Russia has claimed they destroyed 30 HIMARS, 50% more than Ukraine has. GMLRS are still attacking Russian positions. Undead zombie launchers are not firing them.
He's the type of Russian shill that pretends to have deep inside knowledge of both sides, like daily after action reports, when he's just reading telegram and RU state news.
Ukraine can forget about any new mass infusion of weapons from the United States or NATO. Israel is now at the head of the line and gets first choice. One other sign that things are going from bad to worse for Ukraine — the Institute for the Study of War is admitting grudgingly that Russia is advancing. The ISW is still in the business of painting a pig’s lips with shiny gloss and are trying their darnedest to down play Russian success. But the facts are these. Ukraine’s forces have been decimated over the last four months and there is no ready reserve in sight to replace the killed and wounded soldiers that were bloodied as they hurled themselves against Russian defensive positions.
NATO is not ready to cut the cord, but it also is not in a position to shower Ukraine with a limitless supply of tanks, artillery, armored personnel carriers and ammunition. What was once a flood of support is turning into a trickle.
The West is now caught in the trap of trying to sustain two proxy wars without the industrial clout to even fully supply one. I expect the U.S. Congress to act quickly to get military material to Israel. There is wide bipartisan support for that. Not so with Ukraine. A growing number of members of Congress, mostly Republican, are questioning the wisdom of sending precious Himars, Patriot batteries and tanks to a Ukrainian Army incapable of pushing the Russian backwards.
