"Davis is originally from Fort Knox, Kentucky, and comes from a military family. She earned a bachelor's degree in anthropology and a master's in international sustainable tourism from the University of North Texas, according to her obituary."Army brat, garbage degree, loner with a dog (Dudley apparently survived) ... could be swipe-right victim or something more heinous.

OK ... in this depraved and perverse age, I must ask: Was the deceased a genuine, “XX” woman?
Because if she was not ... other possibilities come to mind.

Or just a murderer trying to destroy any trace evidence.

“Police found a lighter on the ground and “smelled a strong odor of accelerant” near the charred body, the warrant says.”

"OK ... in this depraved and perverse age, I must ask: Was the deceased a genuine, “XX” woman?"No occipital ridge, no man hands, facial features proportionality correct -- very notable in the 'duckface' selfie pic (barf) in the final pic on the FoxNews article... Yeah, she's "XX". Good question, though.

The last “burning” case I remember was the work of an African American suitor of a young white woman (Jessica Chambers in MS). Seemed to be an AA thing. Might not be in this case, but detectives should look closely at any such connections.

Thx. Saw the pic: Definitely a natural woman.

If suicide, one would think that there are less painful ways to go....

Burned alive? How would they know so quick?

Austin soft on crime and defunding the police. this projected weakness gave someone the idea that the odds where in there favor to get away with this.
Not to long a woman was found shot to death in her car on a service road.
Austin is a puss pocket on the butt of Texas.
