Me, neither, but my first thought when I read the reply was that President Trump gave an impromptu real estate pitch to Kim Jong Un when he met with him to show him what was possible if North Korea changed its ways and entered the global civil society.

Trump teased the idea of luxury beachfront resorts, golf courses, investment opportunities, etc. with a video he showed at their summit meeting.

Imagine what rich investors could do with that coastline!
