Our 155 shells were well used to weaken the Russian threat and relieve Russian pressure if we have to fight China.
GAO-”The military services keep everything from rations to tanks at strategic locations around the world. Positioning supplies in advance can allow action without waiting for cargo to arrive.”
Document: GAO Report on Pentagon Prepositioned Stocks
“DOD positions billions of dollars worth of assets–including combat vehicles, rations, medical supplies, and repair parts—at strategic locations around the world to use during early phases of operations. Each of the military services maintains its own prepositioned stock program.”

Our 155 shells were well used wasted weaken in an idiotic attempt to harass the Russians threat and relieve Russian pressure has lessened our ability to defend ourselves and our allies from any threat if we have to fight including China, Iran, and all other bad actors in the world. Fixed the typos for you. We all knew what you meant.
