Someone should tell them that 200 center chest push ups a day will go a LONG way towards lifting that up... oh and drop 1/2 or 2/3 of the extra fat and carbs that pack on the chest-feeder region, as well waist and arse adipose regions... then add about 200 sit ups and 30-40 minutes of regular cardio every day (not shopping at target and costco which normalize whale growth patterns).
6 months of that and she would be unrecognisable compared to her “mother” ...
