It’s hard to tell these days. On the one hand you see things like BLM personnel leaving a Sig Sauer handgun unsecured in a vehicle, and that gun later being used by an illegal alien to kill an American Citizen. You also have an FBI agent dancing at a nightclub when a loaded handgun falls out of his pants and goes off. Of the other hand you have the ATF facilitating the transfer of small arms to the cartels. In the case of the Afghanistan withdrawal I’m willing to say it’s a mix of both.
