No, not "immediate" but neither were the 911 terrorists while planning to do their work with flight classes, etc. Neither not was Germany an immediate to the US in 1939. As Christians we should lament the death of souls headed to Hell, esp. those forced into service by evildoers, and yet on the other hand be relieved when those intent on destruction for self0sh reasons are weakened or subdued. In this case it would have been good if the US could have rescued them and retrieved the sub for examination, but as a gun pointed at the free world, can there not be some relief at the weakening of such, while saddened that souls were lost which may have been saved though unlikely.
