Stalin was much worse, though in that department. He’d have someone killed just because they were popular, see Sergei Kirov.
Stalin was distrustful of anyone associated with Leningrad, because he felt he couldn’t have the control there. He had most of the political figures associated with the Seige of Leningrad killed after the war.
Stalin was a bad dude. Just as sociopathic as Hitler. However, Stalin didn’t seem to have globalists intentions. He was happy with the Soviet Union as it was.
Hitler had his eye on the rest of the world, once he secured Europe. He broke his treaty with Russia, to access the oil, but he was going to do that anyway when the time was right.
