Sounds yummy, what was it like?
We’ve made a lot of fruit wines. Getting the right strength of flavor is difficult, but that one had a definite orange flavor. And we always sweetened our wines, as that’s what the fruit is like. The only odd one we ever did was banana. It smelled like sour milk fermenting & I was sure we’d have to toss the batch. But the aroma slowly faded & it ended up being a nice bland white wine. :-)
