The House rules would have to be changed, since as they read now, the speaker cannot serve if he/she has been indicted for a felony.

The rule would not be a factor.

If Trump has enough votes to win, then he would also likely have enough votes to either change rule or not enforce the rule.

YES! Let's change the rules of Congress, so an indicted felon can be Speaker of the House, just for Trump! /SARCASM

Not in a million years. Trump would be destroyed in an embarrassing lopsided vote, which is why it will never happen.

It’s a Constitutional office. Only a Constitutional Amendment can add such qualifications. He’s eligible.
