No. I think fair peace terms are Russia keeps Crimea, gives back all other territories, and pays for rebuilding. Ukraine stays out of NATO but has guarantees backed by the UN Security Council and ratified by the US Senate.

If Zelensky offered those terms in 2022 after the Ukrainians expelled the invading Russians from Kyiv, Putin would probably accept it as long as he gets to keep Crimea.

But now the Russians have the land bridge to Crimea, so Putin will insist on the land bridge before Zelensky can talk to him.

You think Putin would have withdrawn his forces from Donetsk and Lugansk, to less territory than it has controlled since 2014... at the beginning of 2022? That's beyond wishful thinking, that's something else altogether.
