Somebody said yesterday that there is nothing stopping a President from being the House Speaker.
Except the fact that it’s all about institutional knowledge, and he doesn’t have that. Plus, it would detract from his presidential candidacy.

Just like a senator or congressman running for President....but I thought to be speaker, one must be a congressman. Is it part of the constitution to bring in anybody? Vice President is different.No?
